Where to write

Corrections, factual challenges and questions about the site go to [email protected].

Please do not contact Jim Bonacci, Fancy Force or Valve about this website. They do not run it, and they cannot fix anything on it.

What to include in a correction

  • The URL of the page with the problem.
  • The exact sentence or step that looks wrong.
  • Which version you are playing: the Steam release, the free browser version, or mobile.
  • The patch or build date, if you know it. Steam shows the installed build on the game's properties page.
  • A link to an official notice, or a recording that shows the behaviour.

What we cannot help with

  • Refunds, purchases and keys. Those go through Steam support.
  • Account problems. Linked accounts and sign-in are handled by the game and by Valve.
  • Level requests. We cannot fetch, restore or feature user-created levels.
  • "Where are the codes?" There are none. Happy Wheels has no redemption-code system, and pages claiming otherwise are not affiliated with the game.

How fast we reply

This is a small independent project, so replies are not instant. Corrections that come with a reproducible source are handled first.
